2ndly - issues facing the company are:

1. excess capacity within the industry
2. inventory management
3. recievables management

the "demand" side of the equation is basically outside of managements control - they (and other contractors) will bid on available work in their selected markets.

"hoping" the problem goes away isn't a solution (imho) .......

constructive thoughts plse ?
