There was more than just your link (I wasn't intending to imply that you were 'defending them").  In the original Strategic Graphite Prospectus (November 2013) there is a design of the plant by Bluechip Engineering (of Wangara Perth) for the plant design (bluechipengineering.com.au).  This report was endorsed by the independent expert (Global Resources & Infrastructure) of Melbourne (www.linkedin.com/in/ian-buckingham-07a45618).  It appears to be a complete fiasco (including the water/mining lease/environmental delay - this was not done until Dec 2014)
