Until MD names an actual source for his information, I suggest we put it aside. If true, the stock would be delisted due to breach of the continuous disclosure rules and I do not believe competent management would have nothing to gain by putting themselves in that position.
Of interest, you should note that 3 of the 6 brokers covering the stock have incresed their earnings estimates in the past 4 weeks.
The average 2006 earnings estimate is now 35.4 cents (range 24.1 to 48.3).
The average 2007 earnings estimate is now 33.4 cents (range 20.9 to 48.8).
