Let's go back to basics...
1. The only reason to issue new shares is to raise capital to provide funds which the company needs for its business.
2. The primary purpose management make should be to maximum profits / be in the best interest of shareholders.

$10million now to help get the ball rolling on a project with an estimated NPAT of $43 million in 2017-2018...I think that seems like a good return. Plus having some instos on board would be ideal to help take the company to the next level, they probably see the same potential that all of us do.

Correct me if I'm wrong but with Greenbushes stopping its supply and keeping it for itself soon...there little supply of spodumene so I'd want to raising money asap to be the next big producer.

I think the fundamentals are great and the demand is clearly there (and growing) with all the MOUs being signed.
