Rick2627, PLS over the past two years has raised money at 1.5c, then at 5c, then at 11c and now at 23c. Each and every time it has ultimately shot higher. The fundamentals are awesome. Timing entry is never easy. Consider this as a great opportunity to average down. Just my view, based on a mountain of research.
