Change of Company Name and Code
As approved by all investors who, effectively, can kiss goodbye
to their investment in Thor mining, the company Thor mining
will now be known as 'Thor Miming'.

Definition of 'Mime' = the theatrical technique of suggesting action,
using only gesture, expression, and inaction. The pretence to mine
and extract product from the ground whilst doing nothing...

In a complimentary act Mick Billing (Accountant certificate and 40
years miming experience) will also be undertaking a name change.
