Expected Delisting Letter

While looking ahead and waiting for the MS deal, which will hopefully be significant, it is worth considering the incoming delisting notice from the NAS. The way I count, 30 trading days from the last close over $1.00 would be Monday the 30th. The company has up to 4 days to file an 8k, so We can expect that 8k no later than Friday December 4th. While I don't believe this to have an impact on the company in the long term, it might hit the SP hard if there are investors that are not expecting it. I am hoping this letter becomes "baked in" to the stock price.

If MS doesn't come through for us BIG TIME, I doubt we will be around in 180 days when the delisting would become a reality. Lets go management, you need to deliver this time.
