I do believe this is bad news. If all is going according to plan then why the CR before the announcement of TT. Mgt promises are broken at every single date they forecast. They don't seem to put much value on integrity. The smart money already left the building when it was in the 30's. I think there will be another small spike up soon, before a long slow trickle down thru 2016.
