Judging and holding people accountable are two completely different things.
Did jesus ever shy away from calling out sin? Definitely not. However that doesn't give us the right to group all people under the one banner and judge them all for the actions of a few.
Don't get me wrong, do I personally hate these terrorists that have ruined the lives of soo many people? Of course. Do I want revenge? Of course. Do I try and do it under the banner of Christianity? Of course not.
As jesus was being murdered he still forgave those driving the nails into him so I don't think any scripture exists which gives us the right to not forgive anyone for any deed.
