    I agree to hold the sp down in the face of the known facts does not make sense & would take considerable cost & effort to keep it down. Not to mention the risk.
    I hope their strategy comes back & bites them on their butts.

    Regarding short selling of PSY shares.
    The ASX releases a daily short sales report & I have never see PSY on that list.
    I don't think the shares themselves are short sold, maybe its done by CFD trading perhaps but I am ignorant of how or if PSY can be traded using those.
    Presumably not reporting short sold stocks is illegal but if they are in & out in a day then maybe they don't have to report them.

    So I just presume that the brokers or instos who have & do accumulate shares do so in various accounts & sell or buy from those accounts to generate volume & momentum which then pulls traders or small inverstors into the stock & then sell down which in turn forces some out.
    At least that's how I presume it works.
    Maybe someone can enlighten me on how that works?
