why would they pull this move?
It's an unusual one, no?
Advanced notice?
Or is this typical?
they are clearly wanting to make some kind of impression, and influence something, before it even happens, LOL, what is it?
they want to see how the markets react to an actual raise is coming? and if everything tanks they can say, gee, it was urgent, but nah, we aren't raising. LOLOL.
they are too scared to just do it!!!!

I'm still betting they don't.
