Often one analyst there will say sell and another will say buy on the same Monday report. They only started commentating on bal recently so they wouldnt know anything about bal, in fact some of you guys may know much more than they do.
They also only show you charts at the end of a peak that looks good. I suspect that they want to sell so they tell you to buy and vice versa in their recommendations.
Therefore, do not place any reliance on the bull's advice. They are all a bunch of idiots. Their recommendations also do not take into consideration your holding horizon and appetite for risk amongst other things. What they do say is common sense anyway.

Yeah that makes sense. I have general distrust for anything spouted by mainstream sources (always do your own research) so it's not surprising that it's the same for stocks.
