    Just did some basic charting. This one is clearly trending down. Would say that breaking the 6.5 resistance was not good. IMO I see more downside from the charts, could test $6 and lower levels soon.

    My main worry with this one is key man risk, especially going long term! I'll pass this one, maybe will trade it on the uptrend but will not do long term.

    just my few cents worth :)
