The market is still not able to factor Samarco's total liability and the process will have to go through the courts and maybe subject to more govt fines. Meanwhile iop is about to test the recent low again. The peaks on the iop chart ie. Lower highs, suggest there is a risk the support can break.
If one is buying for a short term swing then probably today's drop is an opportunity but for those looking to buy/accumulate for a bigger gain, thereay beire sideway action or test of the lows.
I am waiting as the market hates uncertainty of the spillage.
