    very cleverly done by TOX ......
    we'll give u more if u make more, but if u dont then we'll take $900K off the deal!! i personally believe its the east coast positioning that is the real reason behind this acquisition ( i wouldnt be alone in thinking that )
    they are yet to put a foot wrong in the last 12 months.
