Yes it has been a long and frustrating process but at least the MD has not -
avoided bankruptcy by selling out shareholders like some small cap miners to the tune of well over 1 billion shares with 80% in one individual hands all coming out of escrow very soon..

These small cap miners have never and will never raise capital...

Under these circumstance who in their right mind would ever buy shares when the secrecy is far greater than a private company
IBG has the resources that will provide well over $5b in revenues - hence major shareholders will come to the party when the time is right...
