The shares have to more than double for the options to have a value of at exercise
I think trying to get extra leverage by buying options at .2 is a dangerous game with a 2c exercise.
If the shares were 10c and the exercise price was 20c I might agree but there is lots of leverage and greater security owning shares not out of the money options in my opinion
