I agree with some of your opinion but as i said before just doing a consolidation to reduce number of shares on issue doesnt make sense.
In my opinion a lot of serious investors not only look at the sp but also the market capital which is a better indicator to how much a company is considered by the market to be worth.
But from my experience with a low sp company a consolidation is often followed by a cr and I am just hoping this is not the case with PAA.
Also no news released yet and I can not see any news coming out until least mid December so IMO they should of hung off with the consolidation.
So far no new investors, no increase in sp, in fact sp falling so i dont see the timing of the consolidation as a positive.
