    What ever the US price was on that day?

    35000 common shares(US) where issued (210K CDIs 6:1) to ea Dir.
    Assume 20c/CDI & Fx@71c :
    > 0.20 x 0.71 x 6 = $0.852usd / Common Share(US share).

    I thunk I passed my math...?
