Trouble with selling out (particularly at this stage) and trying to buy back lower is that in my experience it rarely works! Why? Because if you have sold because of your "concerns" that it might go to 1-2 cents are you really going to dive back in fully at 6 cents? Psychologically its difficult. And if you rebuy at 6 and it goes to 5.5 will you buy more or sell?? My experience has been that when a share is falling you often find yourself selling out numerous times for a small loss. And then when it does bottom you hesitate waiting for "confirmation" that it is going back up again and finally get back in at not too different a price average than when you sold out! Maybe you are way better at this sort of trading than me but I supect the psychology of the situation is similar for us all.
I'm not saying its easier to hold on when the price is falling, just that its difficult to pick the re-entry point.
My bit of philosophy for the morning ... LOL.
