the announcement sounded like crap to me
after all of these years in business, only $8M in annual revenue
if it is profitable (not-mentioned), maybe $1M profit

personally, the more I read about the actual technology i find it to
be really terrible. A smart cabinet that you have to manually enter in
each item you put in it and then it can detect when items are taken
out of it? whoopdidoo....
