Yes I am , have been waiting for it. Looks like they have a solid group of customers great IP, international reach and they are making a profit, If they can accelerate sales this will be a serious contender. Not sure of a better space than Cloud security with a proven track record of delivery. Their board looks terrific and seem to have all invested?. On top of that it indicates the current debt holders are converting to stock on the IPO. This is my first cut view and I need to read the prospectus in more detail.
