    the essential factors are: (i) water & (ii) infrastructure (rather than grade & size of deposit)

    water flow really matters. evaporation is so high, it is 3 times that of salt lake city. you just keep pumping water, project has unlimited scale with water. its not like any other mineral. getting the mineral to the ponds is all that matters
