Hi Pac, looks like Mr Lill has gone on the board and put the company through a controlled administration to clean up the previous indiscretions of management past.
It appears the company under Mr Lills guidance has executed a DOCA with Verona Technology (Craig Burton group) to give the company another crack at the title.
The Burton group have a good name in the Capital markets.
