Dont see how those directors aren't put in jail. As a foreign shareholder, I am not entitled to STOR, I was up substantially then overnight saw my portfolio down 30% all because management screwed us all over by rejecting takeover just so they could keep their overpaid jobs.
I dont understand how it is legal to screw foreign investors like that. The offer should have been put up for a vote, or foreigners should also be entitled to STOR.
I hope a big fund files a class action suit, and puts this mob in jail.
