DIRECTOR: ABA: Abano Confirms Board Positions
Abano Healthcare Group (NZX: ABA) advises that the Board has reappointed
Trevor Janes as Chairman and appointed Pip Dunphy as Deputy Chairman.
Pip Dunphy's appointment follows the previous announcement that Susan
Paterson will retire as a Director at the end of November 2015. Pip was
appointed to the Abano Board in September 2012 and chairs Abano's Risk
Assurance and Audit Committee.
In line with Abano's governance practices, following each annual shareholders
meeting, the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman step down from these roles and
may offer themselves for re-election by their fellow Directors.
