Lots of negative sentiment in the diagnostic area ie primary healthcare etc.
My concern with CAJ is their Enlitic tie up. Using precious capital on such a speculative move makes me seriously question the competence of management. I think institutional investors may have been very concerned about this move.
With 10 mill they could open two new practices or buy a number of CT scanners MRI etc. I think CAJ needs to demonstrate ongoing organic growth rather growth through acquisitions. A roll up strategy can work well if overall efficiencies are gained. Otherwise such a strategy can be risky particularly if funded by excessive debt. I still think the sell off is overdone.
