POLL RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NZ Windfarms Limited ("NWF") advises the results of resolutions from the
Shareholders Annual Meeting held in Auckland on Tuesday 24 November 2015.
As previously advised, Vicki Buck and Michael Stiassny advised that they
would retire as directors of the Company at the conclusion of the Annual
Meeting and not seek re-election. Consequently Resolutions 2 and 3 in the
Notice of Meeting were not put to the meeting.
The results of the polls held on the remaining resolutions were:
1 That the Board be authorised to fix the auditor's fees and expenses for the
financial year ending 30 June 2016 - Carried
4 That Heiko Mueller-Cajar be elected as a Director - Not Carried
5 That Samuel Viskovic be elected as a Director - Not Carried
6 That the Board prioritise the identification of ongoing cost savings to
enable the payment of a maiden dividend in 2016 - Carried
