So whilst this caught quiet a few new shareholders out (including myself), there is no point harping on about it. Further to that management were approached by existing shareholders to further invest into the company. I would assume this reduced costs to the company to not CR via alternative methods.

Future CR price is a discussion point but not the past I believe.
