How is shorting manipulation? Its just a bet that stock prices will fall. Shorters can conversely argue that buying is manipulation.

No evidence of that, also falls into the regular shorting
- naked shorting.
I see none of this either. Why bother hiding?
- hiding the ultimate beneficial owner of the stock. Same explanation.
