Re product not shipped, the smoke screen around sales was the quality of the resource, plant capacity and demand for the mineral, themes regularly taken up here by the company in their many anns and also given a lot of attention here by the VXL fan club. The financial reports were accurate (severe penalties for fabricating them) and they showed the true picture i.e. lack of income from assumed sales.
As for plant problems it is hard to see how the ASX continuous disclosure regulations have not been breached by the company as they were obliged to report issues to share holders as soon as they became aware for them. Unfortunately continuous disclosure rules are not subject to strict enforcement.
