Most novice investors will trade on emotion, rather than facts and common sense. Hedge funds and venture capitalists will do due diligence, and then have a team meeting with other managers and take a vote on whether to buy or sell on the news. It can take a few days to a few weeks for this to happen. I think that today's announcement although not what we all wanted, is still with a lot of merit and value adding to PSY. Don't be surprised after the emotions are done with that the SP has a rally.
