Thanks for that, and just to clarify with respect to the takeover premiums, the 10%- 15% premiums you are reading off the full spreadsheet examples is a notional market "build in" premium for higher resource outcomes (where a takeover is more likely) to arrive at the forecast market price.
Below this row, on the last row of the sheet, is the forecast price in the event of a takeover or buy out of the Senegal assets (not counting any cash) and this is calculated by removing the build in premium calculations referred to above and then multiplying the Senegal market values by 1.40 or 40%
In summary in the T/O situation I have allowed a 40% premium. This is only detailed on the main sheets and the table extractions are for market value before any takeover and do NOT include this premium, just the 10 - 15% build in.
