    Hoots, I understand your point, and that the group had missed it, I thought I made that clear before.

    I was just bringing up a slightly different angle on the subject.
    Right now we theoretically have a rights issue to shareholders at 80c coming, without any idea of whether 80c is anywhere near where the stock will trade at or it's current true value.

    They are voting in favor of some board members and against others. However just on resolution 6 about excluding the Rich Lead shares from the 15%, allowing the company to raise with some-one else. Is it actually better or worse for shareholders for the board to do this? Let's say the UK mob were still interested at 80c and the board then issued them 30m shares at 80c and called off the rights issue, for now. Then the stock could trade, come to present value, the company could do the rights issue later with a better informed market.
    As it stands, especially without an underwriter, this rights issue could be a disaster!!
