madamswer, thanks for your response. I will try and address some of your queries
1) The cost of production - it is my belief that the licencing agreement with JCR is structured so that JCR bears the cost of production. Therefore the royalty payments are a free carry and simply a function of the sales price.
2) I choose to use 3500 patients only on the basis of what I have read post Fukushima disaster, as I have assumed that unfortunately the Japanese population were dealt a cruel blow and this may have severe consequences down the track. You can chose 1000 if you like USD 28m x 20 PE = USD 500 value
3) Why did they IPO - $64mn question many a smart business person has erred. As has been mentioned on this forum maybe the leaders are better scientist than corporate strategist
4) Royalty payments - my guess will probably be quarterly in arrears - probably same sort of set up Acrux has with Eli Lilly.
