I would have thought that the court clerk calls the parties and advises them that at a certain time the judge will hand down his ruling and I guess that they would give 1/2 to one days notice so people can attend.
Seeing as this halt has gone on for two days now, I am starting to wonder if it has nothing to do with a court decision and more to do with a settlement that needs ratification by the courts....
