The problem with many people now, including Caucasian and Asian people is that 1 in 4 are allergic to cows milk protein.
Even products such as Goats milk do contain this protein as well as A2.
This seems to becoming somewhat of an epidemic and will sprout it's ugly head in the decades to follow. Having both of my kids allergic, it can create health issues that may affect demand in the not so near future.
