Regarding consolidation: if the market cap is currently $12.75m, that would mean they have 1.275 billion shares on issue currently.
If they acquire a new company, i.e. a tech company, they will have to give the owners of the tech company atleast 50% ownership of APY. So that's issueing the new owners/directors around 1.3 billion shares. Then you have the performance shares they will provide them which will probably be in the tens of millions.
Thats around 2.5 billion + shares after acquisition. I think they will definitely be doing a consolidation to tidy things up.
If anyone has thoughts or reasons that supports the argument aconsolidation won't happen, please feel free to share; especially if you know of instances in the past where backdoor listing/acquisitions have happened without consolidation.
