My opinion is that with the amount of cash on hand APY is holding any deal done will hopefully involve a lower share issue and a higher cash component, thus limiting the amount of dilution to us existing holders. Whilst this may not prevent a consolidation, which does seems inevitable, it SHOULD mean that we have far more bargaining power re the acquisition structure than many of the other shells that have recently gone down this path.
All in my opinion of course.
