The issue here is not PR, brokers or even shorters... but rather the company's debt and income.

The price is suggesting that SGH will struggle to pay off the debt they have put themselves in, which will result in reducing or removing their dividend and having to raise capital once again.

To top things off, the potential UK legislation will have a large impact on future revenue which makes things even more difficult for the company.

It is not a pretty picture and the fact that management have not come out and clarified any of these concerns is the why the share price has tanked.

I am very disappointed in how this has been handled and in management as a whole. There is definitely grounds for class action by shareholders and I would not be surprised if there are several management sackings from the backlash in not to distant future.
