They don't seem to be doing anything much at all to become tin producers. Maybe because of the low tin price. They are however slowly proving up substantial reserves.
The other polymetalic production is doing nicely as far as I know, despite low prices for metals.
Unless metal prices pick up I can't see the CSD share price changing much anytime soon.
