One only required to give notice of change when holing more than five per cent, by what Hawke had said and a quick look at the last ten days trade I assumed that he probably hold just over one per cent, my guess is something between 10 to 15 Million shares which would be in the top twenty as there were a number of holders hold that amount in the last report.
The majority of us may think it's must be something wrong that he sold out? For me I remain Neutral as we don't really know what his circumstances were at the time, he even bought more at 3.1 recently !
I remembered the MD of CAJ sold over 10 Million shares at 9 cents and it went up to $1+ ? Also PVE founder owned nearly 40% of the company never sold any since inception only to accumulate more on the way down from $1.95 to 10 cents and now 3.4 cents?
