I agree Barramun but lets watch what happens to the stockpile drawdown rate if the zinc price keeps going and pushes $1.50+ again.In the last few days zinc has been drawn down at 10,000t/week,the fastest rate since March/April.
China may put the brakes on their steel production via rate increases and industry rationalisation over the next few years but is anyone watching the potential little China to the south called India.
Just have a look at how much TATA are going to expand in the next 10 years in this article.Then throw in BHP/POSCO at Orissa and it all gets a bit scary.POSCO btw is the second largest producer of galvanised steel sheeting for car panel manufacture.
