Hi pete, i was almost certain that SGH was going to bounce on Friday afternoon. In fact it did try but the selling continued, from the few co's i seen that had a smack down you see some large buys come in the next day or two.
Yesterday there was some decent money and support around 70 and being a Friday the SP would of seen it's worst IMO so it should travel up from this point but in a zig zag pattern.
I think the market is very spooked in general and SGH looked worse to the general market. Really just needs a few words and from management to calm. As for getting the SP getting back up to dollars they need to address the issues regarding cash.
SGH is got a lot going for it and changes in business happens to everyone, they adapted and move on. IMO the small claims issue is a small part of there income, they will get though this if they make this new acquisition work. Everything else is white noise and should not be considered.
