I suspect there are things going on in the background.
the company announced that they are ' open ' to all possibilities, selling assets, join ventures.
take over maybe? maybe selling dargues and more capital return?
anything could be happening in the background.
If Bendigo gets sold then there is only henty and dargues.
henty will be 30% min owned by pybar by new year and probably 50% by the end of 2016.
I saw on one of the presentations that pybar has first pick at buying henty.
If that happened and dargues was sold. there would be maybe 40 million plus cash.
maybe more. I don't know how much dargues is worth.
anyone have an idea what dargues is worth ?
