Yeo. I agree with cr thoughts MM. The CR take up took mgmt by surprise and forced their hand imho. In other words I think they felt they Sh would take up spp portion and it didn't happen, causing pressure to be exercised on them by underwriters. I agree if it was authentic they would have come out much earlier, there is/was no reason for them not to.
Secondly like you I think we will need to wait for your time frames before any movement which will cause much angst amongst Sh and mkt. we run the risk of further decline in what should be the one of the most exciting periods.
I had posted before the raising imho is caused due to FAR believing they have more control within JV. Perhaps it does but I wouldn't rely on it.
I am hoping we get good news in next few weeks but I will not be surprised if it's full of ambiguity, simply because it is likely to suit the other JV partners to deal with it in a much longer time frame. All imho.
