ASSET: GMT: Further Sales Success For GMT
Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of Goodman Property Trust ("GMT" or
"Trust"), is pleased to announce further sales as part of the Trust's asset
recycling programme.
The NZ Safety and Fisher and Paykel Buildings at Glassworks Industry Park in
Hornby, Christchurch, have been sold to a local investor for $11.2 million.
John Dakin, Chief Executive Officer of Goodman (NZ) Limited, said "The latest
sale reflects another strong result for the Trust. With over $80 million of
disposals announced this financial year GMT is growing organically, with
asset sales financing a steady volume of development projects."
The unconditional sale is expected to settle in March 2016.
