What a lost opportunity. Chris Scott could have delivered to shareholders a more transparent and detailed release of settlements and instilled some shareholder confidence after the recent bad press received with JH, Affinity and The Takeover Panel.
IMO their reporting on contracted acquisitions and settlements is unclear and has been since the purchase of the Sterling Group.
