    There is a definite correlation with temp. Hard to deny it.

    And in my opinion there is a correlation with Co2 rate of change.


    The rate of change has plateaued. No more increasing. The rate of change has stalled with M.D. And as stated NOAA are predicting the M.D to decline?? If as I think you are asserting that Co2 is affecting Decliniation then you need to address the declining rate of change and the abrupt rate of change that happened in the 70s that shifted the North and south poles significantly.
    You also need to address why NOAA don't think that Co2 plays a leading role in this.
