was the $160m racked up on project development/construction? if so, BOE just had that wiped from the entity it has purchased for the princely sum of $1.... basically buying the honeymoon asset for a massive discount with no debt carried by it (unlike say other mines in Australia which still have to fund their projects and hence either take on debt or very large equity raisings). The $160m is then another metric to use in order to estimate value of the project bought
